Facial Exercise To Remove Signs Of Aging

Do you want to remove the signs of aging and damaging environmental stresses on your face but don’t want to resort to painful injections or expensive creams? Then you need to try these amazing exercises for face strengthening and tightening. By just taking a few minutes each day with these face exercises, you’ll receive a natural face lift that will leave you looking and feeling younger and healthier.

You can start by simply smiling. This simple action is so beneficial, it could not only lighten your face and give you positive aura but also boost other people whom you smiled to. Smiling is great facial exercise. You can smile to every body.

If you smile your facial muscle will tighten. Frowning is also a good way to exercise. You can start by alternating from smiling to frowning in 10 reps at each 5 times throughout the day. This not only good for your facial muscle but also good for the soul.

Another way to strengthen and tighten the muscles around your mouth is to purse your lips as if to blow a kiss then widen the ‘O’ of your mouth, a bit like a fish. Yes, it sounds ridiculous and it probably looks a little silly but it is a great way to build up those muscles and reduce lines.

In addition to mouth exercises, you can practice raising and lowering your eyebrows. This effort will tighten the muscles of your forehead, reducing the appearance of lines and creases. Some people can also pull their ears back at will; this tightens the lines around and under the eyes creating a smoothing effect.

Exercise the muscle in your chin by tilting your head back looking at the ceiling while opening and closing your your jaw. This can be easily done during TV commercials. This would help in the strengthening the sagging muscle of the chin.

All this exercise should be done at least 10 repetitions 5 times throughout the day. But you can smile anytime you want without limitations. These exercises only take a small amount of your time but of very big benefits. Be surprise of the results.
