Pimple popping – the most common solution for acne sufferers and typically the first course of action. Whether you struggle with regular breakouts or you just find yourself with a zit now and again you’ve most likely had a go at popping a pimple. If you’ve ever had less than favorable results, you’re aware that there is a proper way to go about it.

First off, if you have an aggressive form of acne it may not be the best thing for you to attempt popping your pimples. Instead you should try find a treatment that can help you to heal your skin and keep your breakouts to a minimum.

Still, there is a time and a place for everything, and it is undeniable that a popped pimple can often times look much better than a large unsightly whitehead. That’s why I’m going to give you some basic advice to help you pop your pimples safely, effectively, and efficiently.

To start, you are going to have to be a little bit discriminatory when choosing a pimple to pop. You don’t want to hurt yourself by attempting to pop a pimple that is not yet ready to be popped, so pick a nice large one that looks like it’s ready to burst all on its own.

When you’re ready to begin equip yourself with a small sewing needle (or safety pin) for slightly piercing the pimple. Make sure you first disinfect the needle with rubbing alcohol. Next you’ll want to get some tissue and begin squeezing the pimple from each side. If you have to squeeze too hard and it hurts the pimple may not yet be ready and you should stop.

Trying to pop a pimple that isn’t ready can only end poorly. The area could remain quite sore for a while after and you could be left with a deep scar. Scars left by acne tend to be much worse than the zits themselves, and they are typically long lasting.

That’s it. Popping a pimple is no complicated affair, but it still pays to get the job done right!

Here’s the thing: popping pimples actually isn’t very efficient at all. What works much better is to use an acne clearing device to simply remove the pimple, without scarring. I highly recommend that you try these: Zeno Pro vs Zeno MD
