Cellulite refers to the skin condition that causes dimpling of the skin, and appears the skin to look shapeless and weighed down. Maintaining your diet, and incorporating balanced food in your intake, should do wonders for your image.
Lifestyle: An active lifestyle will also go a long way to keep cellulite off your body. Its never too late to start exercising, but if you lead an inactive lifestyle, your risk factor surges along with. Smoking is also believed to be a correlated factor, not only is it bad for your appearance, it is harmful to your overall health. Alcohol is another contributing factor.
Hormonal Factors: It is widely believed that hormonal changes in the body, that usually occur as a woman ages, are key factors in determining the formation of cellulite.
Clothing: Tight clothing that restricts the flow of blood to various parts of the body can cause the formation of cellulite.
