What Is a Bruise? A bruise, also called a contusion, is an injury in which the skin is not broken. The injury is sometimes called ecchymosis, meaning discoloration of the skin through bruising. This happens when a part of the body is struck and the muscle fibers and connective tissue underneath are damaged but the skin doesn’t break. Bruises can happen for many reasons, but most are the result of bumping and banging into things or having things bump and bang into you.

How long this will it take for your bruises to disappear? The red blood cells break down, and their pigment, hemoglobin, undergoes chemical changes which account for the sequence of colors in the bruise. A bruise can likewise occur internally on or in any organ or tissue subjected to a blow, squeeze or stretch. A contusion is an alternative term for a bruise. As your body works to re-absorb the blood beneath your skin, then the healing process is taking place.

Workouts help keep your body healthy and in good shape, both internally and externally. Workouts help you to gain muscle tone and balance. This may come as a surprise to many, but lack of regular exercise increases your chances of bruising easily. A regular exercise program means that the body’s systems will be working at their best. This reduces chances of your getting bruised. In case bruising does occur, then the bruises will naturally heal more quickly in a physically fit body. To prevent bruising, it is important to include exercise in your daily regimen.

Generally bruises are caused when a minor skin injury occurs. A bruise occurs when blood escapes from the damaged capillaries to get trapped and give a purplish-red mark. Some are more affected in comparison to others due to the sensitivity of the skin. There are also age related cases of easy bruising, wherein elderly people are more likely to be affected. It is mainly due to weakening of the skin tissue, and the capillary walls become fragile which causes the bruising. The aging thin skin enhances easy bruising, for which extreme care needs to be taken.

Regardless of what you do, regular exercise and physical activity provide the path to health and general well-being. Starting an exercise routine is one of the best choices you can make, because getting fit and losing weight will have both physical and emotional benefits for your body to resist bruising easily. Exercise helps existing bruises heal quicker, and it sets the stage to stop bruising completely in the future.

There are multiple exercise programs which you can undertake. These include walking, skating and swimming. These activities are recommended as they are fun and can easily be fitted into your daily activities. Moreover, these activities are good for individuals who are just starting out on an exercise regimen. This is because they are not overly physically demanding in the beginning. Your main objective when undertaking these activities is to increase your heart rate and elevate your breathing rate.

Interval training requires that you do one exercise followed by another and another and so on until you’ve done a whole circuit of exercises, followed by rest for a couple of minutes, and then a repeat of the whole program. These exercises can be strength, cardio, or some combination of all of them. The circuit format keeps things interesting, and keeps your heart-rate up so you burn more fat than if you rested between exercises. Regular exercise can help protect you from heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, non-insulin-dependent diabetes, obesity, back pain, and osteoporosis; and it can improve your mood and help you to better manage stress as well as easy bruising.

The perfect combination of exercise and nutrition creates an hormonal environment conducive to fat loss, increased muscle strength and enhanced healing processes against easy bruising. When your body is working at peak efficiency, your energy levels are naturally boosted. The production of endorphins (feel good hormones) is increased through exercise. Every physical thing you do becomes easier with repetition, which is immensely useful in everyday life.

When you begin to notice the benefits of your exercise program with regard to your being prone to bruise easily, it’s time to take another step to help you overcome your easy bruising tendencies. If you follow the unique, all natural Bruises Be Banned daily supplement program, you will be using a proprietary formulation that helps prevent bruising for you just as it has for all sorts of other people worldwide.
